  • Yes! Each class is designed to your level, to help you improve even if you’re starting from scratch.

  • This program is designed for 12 weeks, with 2 movement and meditation classes per week. If all the sessions are not completed by the end of this period, we will accommodate as much as we can to extend + complete all remaining sessions.

  • Yes, the program is open to all ages.
